Also, please contact us once per issue, multiple emails may result in a delay of response.

If for any reason you need to cancel or change your order, we ask that you reply immediately to the order confirmation email that you receive. Orders are usually sent to the warehouse for fulfillment within 24 hours, so it is important that you let us know if any changes need to be made.
